Huawei rolling out November 2022 update for P50 Pro (EMUI)

Huawei P50 Pro global units are now receiving a new software update that brings November 2022 software update for the users. This rollout comes amid the wait for EMUI 13 to reach a new high. Huawei P50 Pro is receiving November 2022 security update with EMUI 12 version 12.0.1.286 and it brings a package size of 368. However, it could differ in different countries.

Launched last year, Huawei P50 Pro was first unveiled in China with HarmonyOS 2. However, the phone made a late entry outside the homeland. Therefore, it’s packed with EMUI 12 software out of the box.

Meanwhile, we could see that Huawei P50 Pro may receive EMUI 13 in the first place. Yet, Huawei has not started the beta program.

Huawei P50 Pro users can download November 2022 software update by visiting System & updates > from here tapping on Software updates and then following the on-screen instructions. Make sure you keep all of the safety precautions before proceeding to download the latest firmware.

Huawei P50 Pro:

Huawei P50 Pro comes with a 6.6-inch of screen size, 1.07 billion screen colors, 120Hz refresh rate, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and 2700 x 1228 pixel resolution.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G chipset with octa-core architecture (1 x Cortex-X1 at 2.84 GHz + 3 x Cortex-A78 at 2.42 GHz + 4 x Cortex-A55 at 1.8 GHz).

Huawei P50 Pro has a quad rear camera system 50 MP True-Chroma Camera (Color, f/1.8 aperture, OIS), 40 MP True-Chroma Camera (MONO, f/1.6 aperture), 13 MP Ultra-Wide Angle Camera (f/2.2 aperture) and 64 MP Telephoto Camera (f/3.5 aperture, OIS), support AF.

The camera offers various camera modes including AI Cinemagraph, Story Creator, Audio Zoom, High-res, Time-Lapse, Ultra Wide Angle Lens, Aperture, Dual-View Video, Night, Macro, Portrait, Pro, Slow-Mo, Panorama, Monochrome, Light painting, Filter, Stickers, Documents, Master AI, Moving Picture, Snapshot, 4D Predictive Focus, Capture Smiles, Audio Control, Timer, Burst Shooting.

On the front side, you get a 13-megapixel main selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture wide-angle sensor.
