Huawei Pocket S specs leaked few hours before unveiling

Huawei is ready to launch the Pocket S foldable smartphone and in the wake of this amazing start, the specs for this upcoming device has been already leaked.

Weibo tipster – KanshanUncle has leaked key specs of Huawei Pocket S and we could say it’s quite a colorful device and comes in six options – Obsidian Black, Frost Silver, Mint Green, Sakura Pink, Primrose Gold, and Ice Crystal Blue.

Huawei Pocket S comes in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB versions. It is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 4G processor as well as a new generation of water drop hinge. This phone runs the latest HarmonyOS 3 operating system and there’s a 4000mAh battery that could recharge with a 40W super fast charger.

Moving on the phone uses a flip-style vertical mechanism and features a 6.9-inch foldable screen that features a 2799 x 1188 pixel resolution with 120Hz refresh rate, OLED panel, and 1.07 billion colors to bring a better vision to your service.

On the cover side, you will get a 1.04-inch round OLED interaction that has 340 x 340 resolution, which will allow you to receive calls, use it as a viewfinder to take high-quality selfies, and more.

Talking about the camera, Huawei Pocket S features a 40MP f/1.8 main camera + 13MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle. The equips a 10.7-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle front-facing camera.

Huawei Pocket S could be taken as a stripped version of the P50 Pocket, the version has been changed with a mid-range chipset – Snapdragon 778 4G from Snapdragon 888 4G. The Pocket S only comes with two cameras, while they were three in the P50 Pocket. However, the phone still retains the cover display, which was expected to leave the ground.
