Huawei P60 Pro fetches April 2024 EMUI update with improved user experience

Huawei P60 Pro is receiving an important EMUI software update that brings dual benefits – the April 2024 security patch and improvements to the user experience. The firmware is rolling out gradually and will soon approach all the device owners.

EMUI 14 is the latest ongoing software treatment for the Huawei P60 Pro phone. Although this offering is currently limited to only a few enrolled beta testers.

Hence the company is bringing regular firmware for all other general P60 Pro users in the global market. The newest build packs two significant patches – one is for the safety fixes and refinements while the other improves experience.

April 2024 update for Huawei P60 Pro is rolling out with the EMUI 13 version 13.1.0.208 and has a software package of 377 MB. Though the update won’t harm your data, we suggest taking a backup beforehand to prevent any kind of data loss.

The changelog shows two patches where the first one belongs to the April 2024 security patch and aims to wipe out all the hidden bugs and glitches from the device system. It also shields your data from malicious attacks and privacy exploits.

Second patch in the update enhances the overall user experience. Perhaps it will increase the stability level and boost the performance aspects of the phone.

The update is tagged in a phased rollout but you can slide into Settings and then click on the System & Updates section. Now tap on Software Updates and select Check For Updates. The device will look after the latest version and will show it up on the screen.
