Huawei has started expanding October 2021 security update for the P20 Lite smartphone in Europe. The latest software update comes with EMUI 9.1 version 9.1.0.397 and a package size of 231 megabytes. However, you might have to wait a bit until the rollout progress further.

To manually download this update via mobile Settings– open Settings > click on the System > open Software update > tap on Check for updates option > (if an update is available) click on Download and install > after installation, restart the device.

Huawei P20 Lite:

Launched in March 2018, Huawei P20 Lite comes with a 5.84-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2280 pixels, powered by a Kirin 659 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage, 3000mAh battery with fast charging support.

In terms of software, this phone was initially unveiled with EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0. Huawei P20 Lite on the rear packs a 16-megapixel camera and has phase detection autofocus. It sports a 24-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v4.20, NFC, USB Type-C, FM radio, 3G, 4G and more.
