Huawei Nova Y91 is receiving November 2023 security update

Huawei Nova Y91 was an amazing smartphone with stylish looks and the company is now improving this device with a new security update featuring the November 2023 patches.

Huawei has released this software update for Huawei Nova Y91 users with EMUI version 13.0.0.187 and it integrates November 2023 security patches.

Although this is a staged rollout, you can always check it manually via settings by following the instructions given below.

You need to open Settings, then System & updates, and from here click on Software updates options. Now tap the CHECK FOR UPDATES button to check for a new firmware release.

Huawei Nova Y91 comes with a 6.95-inch screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. The screen has full viewing angles and a notch on the head. The phone runs EMUI 13 software out of the box and the company is yet to confirm a new major upgrade for this device.

The Huawei Nova Y91 is using Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 mobile chipset. The rear side of the phone features a dual camera system including a 50MP high-res camera with f/1.8 aperture and a secondary 2MP depth camera with f/2.4 aperture.

The front side of the phone has an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The most satisfying part of this phone is its long-lasting battery, which stands at 7000mAhh and can recharge with a 22.5W super fast charging. The Huawei Nova Y91 users should fetch the new software release as soon as it rolls out.
