Huawei Nova 7i consumers receiving April 2022 update (EMUI 12)

Huawei has started sending a new software update for Huawei Nova 7i consumers that brings an April 2022 security patch and aims to improve the overall security aspect of this quad camera-powered smartphone. The phone is getting new software updates to provide a better user experience for the consumers running EMUI 12 software.

According to the changelog, Huawei has released the Nova 7i April 2022 update with EMUI 12 version 12.0.0.228 and it comes with a package size of 266 megabytes. The software update has nothing else to explore but it is surely recommended to install it as soon as it appears on your smartphone.

Huawei Nova 7i users are eligible to upgrade over EMUI 12 and it’s suggested to get it installed because it comes with various new features over EMUI 11 and improves the overall interactive functionalities to ease your device handling. EMUI 12 also has a new user interface that takes makes your phone feel like a HarmonyOS device.

To update your Huawei Nova 7i smartphone, go to Settings > then head towards System & updates > from here you need to tap on the Software update section and then proceed with on-screen instructions to get the latest available firmware update on your Nova 7i smartphone.
