Huawei MatePad Air is launched for global users and began its journey towards more customers. Huawei MatePad Air equips an 11.5-inch large screen with a super refreshing 144Hz refresh rate, which ranges adaptive from 30 to 144Hz.

But there is a massive improvement made to the 87% screen-to-body ratio with (2800 x 1840 pixels resolution). This device has multi-touch and supports a maximum of 10 contact points during touch.

Huawei MatePad Air has an innovative frosting process, which combines a silky smooth feel and strong fingerprint resistance. The Matepad Air is only 6.4mm thick and weighs 508 grams given the size it carries.

The tab equips 13MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The MatePad Air packs a huge 8300mAh battery with 12 hours of local payback, which could recharge a 40W charger.

In terms of CPU, the global Huawei MatePad Air launched with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. The octa-core architecture including 1 × Cortex-X1 at 2.84 GHz + 3 × Cortex-A78 at 2.42 GHz + 4 × Cortex-A55 at 1.8 GHz.

This large screen tab is using HarmonyOS 3.1 operating system out of the box. The user interface is new and fluid animation, smart folders, and more. That’s not it, Huawei MatePad Air comes with an LTE network for you to conduct calling and messaging via tablet.

Price and Availability:

Huawei MatePad Air in Malaysia comes in graphite black color with 8GB+256GB storage at RM 2799. The company has shelved this phone for pre-order until July 21, 2023, and opened a sale afterward.

The MatePad Air buyers can claim a 10 RM early bird voucher and use it during the checkout process. The tablet also brings 2X Huawei members points until July 31, 2023.
