On November 17, 2021, Huawei has launched a bunch of new smart products including the new Huawei MateBook E two-in-one notebook with the strongest OLED display, a premium, and unique design as well as different features.

Huawei MateBook E offers a light and thin easy to travel design and it can change its appearance in its modes according to the user’s preference including – notebook mode, creative mode, and tablet mode.

The MateBook E weighs at only 709g and has a very thin 7.99mm body, which makes it the lightest and thinnest notebook even in the two in one category in terms of portability and accessibility.

The rear cover is made of micron-level silicone material to shape the fluff texture, and it’s available in two colors – Blue and Gray.

The display of this device won’t disappoint and as mentioned above, it comes with a 12.6-inch OLED panel that is the strongest screen on Huawei PC so far. Talking about the display quality, the screen covers the P3 color gamut and achieves a professional color standard performance of △E<1. It also supports a 1 million:1 high contrast ratio, and the brightness is as high as 600 nits.

There’s more from the display side, the screen offers natural color production technology that smartly adjusts the screen color to maintain consistency and provides a paper-like reading experience to provide the best possible viewing experience.

Huawei MateBook E is equipped with the 11th generation Intel CoreTM processor, which supports up to Core i7-1160G7, and the new Intel Iris X Graphics card supports up to 96EU (EU, Execution Unit, execution unit). Huawei MatePad 11 tablet is now grabbing the latest software update that prioritizes the installation of the November 2021 security patch. However, this update is rolling out in the global market and will soon expand to its Chinese counterpart.

According to the information, November 2021 update for Huawei MatePad 11 comes with HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.221 (C432E2R2P1) and comes with an update package of 225MB. The November 2021 HarmonyOS security patch resolves 1 medium level of CVE in the system, 5 medium-level CVE fixed in the Kernel, 10 CVEs in the application, and 40 CVEs in third-party libraries.
