Huawei Mate 9 smartphone gets HarmonyOS system patch [February 2022]

Huawei Mate 9 smartphone is one oldest flagship of Huawei, which is currently running on the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system. In the latest development, Huawei has dispatched the latest HarmonyOS system patch for Mate 9 device users.

According to the information, Huawei Mate 9 HarmonyOS system patch is rolling out with build number 2.0.0.140 (C00E140R1P3patch07). To install the new HarmonyOS patch, the Mate 9 users need to download the system software package size of 98.28MB.

Specifically talking about the changes, the HarmonyOS system patch brings fixes for display issues found on certain screens. Additionally, it also optimizes the system stability in certain scenarios.

To install the latest system patch, go to Settings, tap on system & updates, tap on the software update, check for updates, then download and install it. Alternatively, you can also update the phone through the My Huawei app.
