Today, Huawei launched the Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ smartphone with a new theme and a brand new look as compared to the Mate 60 and Mate 60 Pro models. The key highlights of this new model are its unique design, processing power, and camera capabilities.

Let’s start with the design, Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ is equipped with a new back design made with a nano-scale metal dual dyeing process. The rear simulates the feeling of intense strokes of ink and color. While it marks the beginning of a new era. There are two colors to choose from – Beige and Black. Both of them have a soft texture that is visible at each angle.

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ also adopts an equal four-curved screen screen. It has triple-hole punch to house selfie cameras and a face-mapping system. The display size at 6.82-inches with a 1-120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate.

The screen is protected with the second generation of Kunlun glass and it is more drop-resistant than the predecessor. The entire design is iP68-certified to stand up to 6 meters in water (limited time).

The phone offers a satellite calling feature, which allows users to make phone calls without a native mobile network. Huawei Mate 60 series is the first smartphone in the world to come with such capability.

The phone brings a powerful triple camera system featuring a 48MP main ultra aperture lens (F1.4-F4.0 aperture). Ultra-wide angle is even more powerful than the Pro version at 40MP. Lastly, you will find a 48MP super macro telephoto camera with f/3.0 aperture to shoot far-distance objects. The entire camera bump is round and consists of an LED flash on top.

On the front, you will see a 13mp selfie camera and a 3D depth facial recognition system. The Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ is launched with a 5000mAh battery out of the box. It means you won’t have an issue of teh using this phone for long hours. Don’t forget the chipset, because this new device is using Kirin 9000s chipset.

Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ runs HarmonyOS 4 operating system out of the box and there are plenty of features customized for this new flagship.
