Huawei Mate 50 series could only feature a single processor variant and that is will be from the latest Snapdragon 8 minute. However, the exact input on the processor is yet to be confirmed.

According to well known Weibo tipster, the Huawei Mate 50 series will only once with a Snapdragon processor and not a Kirin chipset. The tipster also suggests that the phone features only 4G network accessibility, which could be a little bit disappointing from consumers’ perspective.

Aside from this detail, there is no information available regarding other specs of the device. However, we have to get more insights on this matter.

Chip shortage:

Due to U.S. sanctions, Huawei cannot print new chipsets including Kirin ones. Therefore, the phone maker has to carry them from third-party chipmakers such as Qualcomm to feature on new smartphones.

Still, a major concern that looms under these circumstances lies between Huawei and the 5G accessibility on devices, which is created after the shortage of 5G modem, required to enable a 5G network.

Previous information:

Huawei has currently not revealed any official details on the specs of this upcoming smartphone but it’s expected that the Mate 50 series will further boost the photography area. The phone will likely bring a number of new improvements over its predecessor.

Talking specifically about the camera section, the Mate 50 series is likely to feature a new camera design with a combination of the Mate 40 and P50 series. Furthermore, we can also expect the phone to run HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system in the Chinese market, while a global appearance is yet to confirm.
