Huawei Mate 30 series – the flagship series of 2019 is dealing with a strange network issue. This smartphone appeared on the ground with a bunch of key features and the coolest camera design on the rear side has caught the attention of many individuals in the market.

However, when we are talking about any technical stuff, there are high possibilities to find a few bugs and issues at the gateway. The same goes with the Huawei Mate 30 series which is now confronting issues with the network.

Huawei Mate 30: Network Issue

Currently, the tip-top device is running on the March 2022 HarmonyOS update with version 2.0.0.230 in China. While the update promises to offer better stability and reliance on the device, users are criticizing it. According to them, the new update made their device stuck on the network problem for both the 4G and 5G variants.

Further, some users report that even when the signal bars are full, it’s not possible to have clear communication over calls. Moreover, often the calls break off no matter whether you are in a high-range network area.

Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G owners are also going through similar cases. One of the users claims that when the phone is in the wireless connection, the traffic gets turned off. As a result, one can make outgoing calls but finds it difficult to respond the incoming calls.

“The mobile phone is in connection to the wireless network, and the traffic turns off. I can make a call to others, but when someone calls me, somehow they cannot connect, or the phone switch off.”

The Chinese manufacturer has not shown any specific response to the connectivity issue till now. Meanwhile, users are trying different ways to tackle the problem. But they failed to find a permanent rescue for this bug. So, are you also confronting the network issue with Huawei Mate 30? Let us know in the comments below.
