Huawei Mate 20 Pro has the same waterfall notch display but it also has space to feature an earpiece speaker and it seems like its successor Mate 30 Pro will remove module similar to P30 Pro.

Here is our first look at Huawei Mate 30 Pro: Circular Quad Camera, Better Display, and Premium Design

As shown in the render below, Huawei is using more camera sensors in Mate 30 Pro to improve facial recognition but it can also be seen that there’s no place to fit earpiece module on the top side.

Therefore, Huawei will be installing the Acoustic Display Technology that enables the phone to deliver audio through a sound-emitting display. The electromagnetic sound levitation will project sound from the vibrations in the display to user’ ear, a tech that was used in Huawei P30 Pro.

Although, Huawei is yet to confirm Huawei Mate 30 series’s official design but it’s found that Mate 30 Pro has eliminated the volume adjustment buttons to replace it with advanced technology.

According to Huawei, the Mate 30 series will be officially unveiled on September 19 in Munich, Germany. For more information about the series please check article linked below.
