Huawei kicks off HarmonyOS 4.0.0.202 beta for Mate 60 and 14 other devices

Huawei is now rolling out the HarmonyOS 4.0.0.202 beta update for at least 15 flagship devices. The latest firmware is packed with some useful optimizations that aim to boost the internal aspects of the phone and enhance the overall user experience.

The company has recently served the HarmonyOS 4.0.0.201 version to the MatePad tablet beta testers in the home ground. While many of the phone holders were expecting to receive the same build, the tech giant brought in an entirely new software.

Further details reveal that Huawei is circulating the new HarmonyOS 4.0.0.202 beta to the top-end devices that are running on the 4.0.0.200 baseline version.

The newest firmware changelog doesn’t contain new features, fixes, or improvements for the above-listed devices. It only reveals optimizations of certain applications for simpler and easier operations. It also offers a pure and safer user experience.

Users may find some hidden changes and enhancements after installing the update to their handsets. Although you should have at least 8GB of storage space and sufficient battery backup before proceeding with the installation procedure.
