Huawei has quietly introduced a new “Short Play Collection” app, which stacks numerous dramas and interesting clips. Don’t get confused as this app is independent of the official Video application that is pre-installed on your Huawei device.

After releasing the app, the tech giant has pushed it off in the public beta phase and interested users can check it in the Huawei Member Center. It is currently running on the 1.0.0.106 version with a small software package of 3.6 Megabytes only.

While signing up for the app’s public beta, you will see its introduction as “Apply for the Short Drama Collection quickly and watch massive short plays.”

Speaking of the features, the Huawei video department has developed the new Short Play Collection app with interesting capabilities. You can enjoy the display and playback experience in a better quality. Check the list of features below.

  1. Enhanced experience of displaying short plays and playback controls.
  2. Paid short drama unlocking experience.
  3. View History
  4. Account recharge, recharge or purchase records, and more.

Huawei further mentions that the newly launched app offers a limited range of drams and short plays for the moment. Although the company will continue to focus on adding new features and improving the user experience in the time ahead.
