Huawei recently applied for a new “Huawei eKitChat” trademark, which is classified under scientific instruments and website services. For now, the patent application is under review.

eKit is an official sub-brand of Huawei, also known as Huawei Kunling (Chinese), launched in May this year. The latest trademark suggests that Huawei eKit is also planning to launch an AI chat support system for customers and other product-related services. However, Huawei said nothing about the release of eKitChat at the moment.

Huawei eKit works as a platform to distribute the needs of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises and support the business expansion of distributed partners. “Huawei Kunling” claims to build an easy-to-buy, easy-to-sell ecosystem. The platform hosts digital products, solutions, tools, and services that are easy to install and maintain, and easy to learn and use.

Huawei will optimize the distribution partner system and develop partners with sell-out capabilities. This will be achieved through the creation of a Distribution Partner Development and Management Committee (PDMB), device scan code activation, full-link visibility, the introduction of Third-party joint governance, and more.

According to the information, Huawei Kunling” offers more than 70 competitive distribution exclusive products for SOHO office, hotel catering, commercial real estate, retail store, office security, and other categories of workspace and requirements. The product also includes smart tablets, AI cameras, fiber optic sensors, and other smart devices.
