Last month, Huawei sent July 2020 security update for some of the models of Huawei P30 Lite, a device that probably will not receive EMUI 10.1, which is now preparing to get August security.
Huawei P30 Lite has already received smart features such as Huawei Assistant and Smart Charge for better user experience but in some markets including India, users of this phone now once again receiving these features with new security improvements.
Huawei has pushed a new EMUI software update for Huawei P30 Lite in India that comes with Huawei Assitant, Smart Charge, and July 2020 Security patch. However, these features for P30 Lite already rolled out a few months ago and with this new update, Huawei may have solved some issues related to their performance.

Security: Integrated Android security patches released in July 2020 for improved system security.
July 2020 Security Patch Details:
The July 2020 security update installs Android patches from Huawei and Google, fixing different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 5 critical and 9 high levels of CVEs. There is no Medium and Low level of CVEs found.
The Huawei P30 Lite users receiving July 2020 security update with EMUI 10 version 10.0.0.260 upgrading EMUI 10.0.0.232. The firmware package size is 641MB.
