On May 23, Huawei announced a new smart office feature that will help the users up to a great extent in video conferences as well as audio conferences on MateBook notebooks. Several composite offices face many challenges regularly.

During virtual meetings at home, the camera sometimes captures children playing at home, distracting noises, and outdoor noises which create inconvenience and difficulty during communication. To save the users from this situation, Huawei announced a new smart conference feature.

Huawei smart meeting brings two major features of AI smart eyes and AI sound effects. Both the features will solve the problem of poor interaction between audio and video in the hybrid office.

AI smart eye:

This feature performs three different functions such as shadows, natural eyesight, and virtual background. While doing video conferences, sometimes remote scenes are often encountered. Previously, the computer camera was unable to capture the position of the person automatically, which doesn’t leave a good impact on the conference.

However, the AI eye movement function uses the AI portrait tracking technology. Which remains in the C position of the screen during the video conference, this function also supports multi-player mode.

Many times while working remotely, people often face the embarrassment of messy background. To pick you out from such a discomfort situation AI smart eye provides a virtual background function.

Eye contact is extremely important during communication and conversation. Sometimes, our eyes display more confidence than words. In virtual conferences, people avoid eye contact because they look at the screen content. Huawei’s all-new AI smart eyes function for correct eyesight and use the algorithm of the AI model to make face-to-face communication.

Talking about the AI sound effects, it is equipped with three major features- quiet space calls, high-definition fidelity, and pure vocals. When the user wears headphones to communicate, by just turning on the quiet space mode the computer will automatically identify the user’s voice and take out the voiceprint, and will filter all the unwanted sounds.

Huawei’s high-definition fidelity mode will collect the surrounding sound so that the other people at the video conference can also understand the real audio environment of the user. The AI noise reduction technology has the power to reduce the environmental noise, which is extracting from human voices and then transmitting multiples people’s voices.
