The latest Honor Magic foldable phone, Magic V2 is receiving MagicOS 7.2.0.123 software update with a range of new features. Yesterday, a similar rollout has been spotted for Honor Magic 4 and Magic 5 smartphones.

Update point

Status Bar:

  • A new pure status bar mode is added, which supports only displaying time, WLAN, signal, and battery power, and also supports custom editing display.

Control center:

  • Added YOYO suggestion to switch the custom editing function.
  • Added an automatic brightness adjustment button to the brightness bar.

Flashlight:

  • Added a new function to turn on/off the flashlight by double-clicking the volume down button in the lock screen state.

Window:

  • Floating window adaptation supports more applications.

Gallery:

  • Added custom album cover and password lock functions for hidden albums.

Safety:

  • Incorporated into the Android November 2023 security patch to enhance system security.
