First sales of Honor 30S 5G exceeds 100 million Yuan ($14.1 m) worth sales in only 1 second

Unveiled on March 30, the Honor 30S is the cheapest and the first mid-range 5G smartphone offered by Honor. Today, this new 5G phone went on its first sale in China and created a record-breaking revenue graph.

According to Honor, the Honor 30S has generated over 100 million yuan (14.1 million USD) worth of revenue in its very first sale. However, the exact number of units is not revealed but it could be somewhere around 37000 to 41000 (estimated).

Also, this record is generated for online sales platforms (combined) and its offline sale is yet to be started.

Honor 30S 5G launched in two variants including the following:

  • Honor 30S 5G 8GB RAM+128GB Storage priced at 2399 Yuan ($337)
  • Honor 30S 5G 8GB RAM+256GB Storage priced at 2699 Yuan ($379)
