Honor 20 (EMUI 11) installs March 2022 security update in India

Honor 20 smartphone running on EMUI 11 has begun collecting the security update released in March 2022 for enhanced system security. However, this update is rolling out in batches and takes some time to cover all users in India.

According to the information, the Honor 20 March 2022 update comes with EMUI 11 build version 11.0.0.191 and weighs around 181 Megabytes. However, this update is rolling out OTA medium.

Open the My Huawei app, tap on service then tap on the Updates button. From here you can tap on the CHECK FOR UPDATES button and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Alternatively, the phone would allow you to download the latest software via Settings, System & updates, and then hit the Software updates sections. From tapping on the blue CHECK FOR UPDATES button, afterward, the phone will check for available firmware updates and download on your phone.
