Windows 11 is finally on the ground and is being hyped by the publisher Microsoft as the next big thing. Laptops running on Windows 10 will be getting this succeeding operating system. There are many laptops and PC devices that are eligible for Windows 11 including Huawei.

Following the launch, Huawei has also confirmed its MateBook series variant that’ll officially receive Windows 11. In this line, 2 years old notebooks of the company have passed the eligibility that comes with factory-installed Windows 10 OS.

If you own any one model from the list, you can easily download Windows 11. Users can use Microsoft’s PC Health Check App, to know the basic system requirements that include-

  1. Processor: Dual-Core 64-bit processor with 1 GHz speed
  2. RAM: Minimum 4GB
  3. Storage: Minimum 64GB
  4. System firmware: UEFI enabled for a safe start
  5. TPM: TPM 2.0
  6. Graphics card: DirectX 12 (or higher) compatible with WDDM 2.0 driver
  7. Screen: Minimum 9 and 8 bits with 720p resolution

How to Update on Windows 11:

If you full fill the basic eligibility you can upgrade your laptop to Windows 10. Access the Windows Update Settings by clicking on Contol Panel Settings. Here you’ll see the Update & Security window, tap on “Check for Updates”. After the update is ready, click on download and install.

Though, there is a slight possibility of encountering an error due to the TPM 2.0 or maybe processor. If it’s about TMP 2.0, so either you may not have TMP 2.0, or isn’t activated from the BIOS setting that can be accessed while restarting the system and immediately press the F2 key.

Remembrance:

Don’t install Windows 11 if you don’t own the eligible device, even if you do so be ready to face the consequence. In addition, the laptops with AMD processors could show about a 15% decrease in performance. However, Microsft has already acknowledged this problem and will bring a solution with the new update in October.

Huawei has confirmed the launch of MatePad 11 on May 26 in the UK, this tablet has been already launched in various markets and now the consumers in the UK can also get this large tablet starting May 26.

Huawei priced the MatePad 11 at £449.99 in the UK matte gray color option with 12 months of extended Huawei care warranty. The tablet comes with Huawei Keyboard and M Pencil.

Initially launched last year, Huawei MatePad 11 comes with 11 inches display with 86 percent of screen to body ratio, 16.7 million colors, DCI-P3 color range, TFT LCD IPS panel, WQXGA resolution (2560 x 1600 p), and 275 PPI.

This large tablet is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset with octa-core architecture including 1 x Cortex-A77 Based 2.84 GHz + 3 x Cortex-A77 Based 2.4 GHz + 4 x Cortex-A55 Based 1.8 GHz coupled with Adreno 650 GPU unit.

Huawei MatePad 11 features a HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system, with a bunch of smart capabilities and cross-device user connections. Huawei MatePad 11 unveils with 128GB of internal storage that could expand up to 1TB via MicroSD Card.

Last week, Huawei hosted a new foldable flagship product launch and released a bunch of devices including Mate Xs 2, MatePad SE, Watch GT 3 Pro, and more. Now, the fresh leaks of upcoming Huawei devices have started surfacing on online platforms.

According to Teme news, Huawei will release new MateBook laptops, FreeBuds Pro 2, and MatePad this month. Aside from this, the source doesn’t reveal any additional information regarding the product specification and all.

On this subject, A Weibo shared some information that Huawei’s new MateBooks include MateBook 14, MateBook 13s, MateBook 14s, and MateBook 16. In addition to this, there will be more devices, which are unknown at the moment.

In 2020, Huawei launched the FreeBuds Pro TWS earbuds with active noise cancellation support and vocal transmission mode.
