Green Alliance 40W USB Type-C super fast charger fills 74% battery in just 30 mins

Green Alliance officially started the pre-order of its first 40W Type-C super-fast charger for Huawei devices. The charger comes with a folding design that makes it more convenient to carry. It uses Huawei’s charging techs that do not damage the phones.

As per the info, this new charger can charge the Mate 40 Pro up to 74% in just 30 mins. It equips a built-in smart chip that can automatically adapt to other Huawei devices including watches, earphones, tablets, and more.

As per the previous reports, Green Alliance and Huawei have signed a cooperation agreement. Both of these parties have co-operated to develop more advanced charging technology and deliver a better charging experience for the users.

The Green Alliance 40W charger for Huawei devices adopts a finding pin design which makes it more convenient to carry along. It features five different outputs as:

  • 12V/2A – 24W
  • 10V/4A – 40W
  • 11V/3A – 33W

The charger comes with a USB Type-C output with a maximum capacity of 40W. It has a 22.5W SCP low voltage direct charge which is specially designed for Huawei devices.

In addition, it also has PD fast charging standard, which makes it more versatile to be supported on other devices such as iPhone 12, Android phones, Switch game consoles, tablets, notebooks, and more.

Price and Availability:

The Green Alliance 40W fast charger is available in a variety of attractive colors including White, Navy, Pink, Cyan, and Green. It is priced at 149 yuan and the interested buyers can make the pre-bookings.

Huawei’s fast charging tech

The Huawei smartphones have got the support for 40W fast charging with the Mate 20 series that can effectively charge the around 70% of the battery in just 30 minutes.

Furthermore, the P30 and Mate 30 devices have also received the 40W charging tech. The company then upgraded its charging standards with the launch of the Mate 40 device last year, introducing the 66W fast charging.

And the newly launched P50 phones also have the same charging ability. With 66W, a device takes 30 minutes to get fully charged, while the 40W can only get you 70% in the same time.
