EMUI 10.1 Feature: Celia – New Voice Assitant

With the launch of EMUI 10.1, Huawei introduced its voice assistant Celia for the international market. A user can wake up the voice assistant by holding down the power button for one second or saying “Hey Celia”.

Celia supports a wide range of features to help users get things done. The deep integration grants Celia access to the device’s hardware and AI, enabling the voice assistant to support object identification, media playback control, text messaging, face-to-face translation, calorie scanning and more.

In the first phase, Celia supports the following languages and countries/Region:

Languages:

  • English (UK)
  • French (France)
  • Spanish (Spain)

COUNTRIES / REGIONS:

  • United Kingdom
  • France
  • Spain
  • Chile
  • Mexico
  • Colombia

As more countries to come in the future.

Celia voice assistant is currently available in the Huawei P40 series.
