Demo HarmonyOS 4 for Huawei stores phones weighs 10GB size

Yesterday, Huawei released HarmonyOS 4 for smartphones and we got access to the OTA that is being loaded on demo devices at Huawei stores across China, for you to explore the latest HarmonyOS features.

According to the information, HarmonyOS 4 demo OTA update weighs 9.30GB, which is a huge package size as compared to the consumer version of HarmonyOS, which is about 6GB.

This version is installed on Huawei devices in all of the experience and retail stores to provide a way to interact with the new version and make up their mind to buy a new model.

There are some features that have been stripped from the OTA and some HarmonyOS 4 capabilities are designed only for the demo device to showcase at Huawei Stores.
