Huawei is preparing to launch a new and cheap version of the P50 Pocket foldable smartphone and a leak suggests that this phone will be called P50 Pocket S.

According to the information, a new version of the Huawei P50 Pocket has now been listed on the Chinese e-commerce platform – JD.com. On the other hand, the new phone will name Huawei P50 Pocket S.

Yeah, it’s a good name but we have to wait to get more inputs on this matter as well as an official confirmation.

Huawei P50 Pocket:

Reports suggest that the new P50 Pocket brings a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset as well as a high-end version with a new Snapdragon 8+ 4G chip.

Meanwhile, a well-known Weibo tipster  – Wangzei has come up with information that the Huawei P50 Pocket will be priced at 6000 yuan (834 USD) and could equip with Snapdragon 778G chipset. Compared to this, the initial model of the P50 Pocket has a price tag of 8338 yuan (1159 USD).
