We are again riding on the Huawei Mate 50 series reports but this time, it is about the most important subject – the pricing. Yes, according to the latest information, Huawei Mate 50 Pro is emerging in a new alleged leaked image that claims to show us the pricing details.
Although the promo poster of the Huawei Mate 50 Pro series is not arriving from the official site. Yet, it describes several aspects of the upcoming flagship model. So let’s learn about these aspects in more detail.
As per the promo image, the Mate 50 Pro device will carry three ultimate memory variants. Besides, the range of RAM in the device ranges from 8GB to 12GB which will eventually add efficiency and better responsiveness to the performance of the device.
Alongside, the poster mentions the three classy color schemes of the Huawei Mate 50 Pro handsets. Alternatively, the device may adopt the Bright Black, Glaze White, and Obsidian Black texture on its entire surface.
Since Mate 50 series is the latest and most anticipated model of Huawei, it’s obvious to catch a high-demanding cost. Yet, as per the poster info, the company is giving a chance to its users to attain the device at an affordable price.
The alleged promo image of Mate 50 Pro reads out the sale information about the respective device. Consequently, the Mate 50 Pro will go live on sale just four days after its launch, that is on September 10. Further, it will blow out the device at an achievable price.
You can check out the price details, below.
- Huawei Mate 50 Pro (8GB + 256GB) = 4999 yuan [727.47 USD]
- Huawei Mate 50 Pro (12GB + 256GB) = 5499 yuan [800.23 USD]
- Huawei Mate 50 Pro (12GB + 512GB) = 5999 yuan [872.99 USD]
Huawei Mate 50 Pro will start at least for over 899 USD (over 6000 yuan) for the base version. Hence, these prices don’t seem true along with the render and based on previous information.
However, as mentioned above, the promo image is not from the official source. Hence, we cannot believe in this concept at the moment. Yet, we would recommend that if you are looking for a new handy gadget, then Huawei Mate 50 series could be the right choice for you.
Huawei 88W charger will be used in flagship devices
Huawei is preparing to change the outlook of chargers for premium devices with 88W chargers and it’s expected that Huawei will adopt this charging protocol in the mainstream for all of its upcoming flagships.
Other than the 88W charger, Huawei will also use a super fast 100W charger for smartphones. However, it’s primarily been used in the Nova series for the past two years.
Looking more into the matter, Huawei also has a 120W charger but there’s no information available about the release. More information reveals that Huawei uses moderate speed charging protocols to ensure safety for consumers and long battery life.
Still, 88W and 100W provide a faster phone charging experience than 66W packed with P50 series and Mate 60 series.
Recently, Huawei certified a new 88W charger through Telecommunication Equipment’s Network Access Management (TENAA) with an 88W output. The listing reveals that the charger has a model number – HW-200440C00 with 4.4A/20VDC = 88W charging capacity.
The charger supports 10W, 40W, and 66W backward charging compatibility. It is manufactured by ASAP Technology (JIANGXI) co. Limited China. Below you can check more information about the charger.
HW-200440C00 supports input: 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, 2.4A. It outputs: USB-C: 5VDC, 3A or 9VDC, 3A or 10VDC, 4A or 11VDC, 6A MAX or 12VDC, 3A or 15VDC, 3A MAX or 20VDC, 4.4A MAX. If you use USB-A, then it’ll get you an output of 5VDC, 2A or 10VDC, 4A or 11VDC, 6A MAX or 20VDC, 4, 4 A MAX. The charger is only suitable for altitudes of 5000 meters.
Currently, we don’t have any information about its use case but we could assume it packs with Huawei P60 series.

Check Huawei P60 Pro render with periscope camera and curved edge display
It’s a festive season in China but Huawei is preparing for the next big thing from the P series. Now we have a new Huawei P60 Pro concept render with a periscope camera and curved edge display, which looks cool.
An official Huawei P60 series announcement is yet to come but concept creator HoiINDI continues to bring in a new stack of CAD render to keep us excited about this upcoming.
Let’s dive into the renders.
— HoiINDI (@HoiIndi) January 26, 2023
Huawei P60 Pro is envisioned with a new camera system, which is quite popular in the leaks bytheway. It has a new P40 series with a vertical rectangular camera bump and a large ring in the center.
The camera in the center could be the main sensor and it may be inspired by P50 Pro or the latest Nova devices. Coming the bottom opening, it has a periscope camera, which is seen as a marquee feature for Pro models. However, it may not be the case with the standard, as it relies on optical zoom.
The camera system also has an extra camera on the top alongside an LED flash to capture bright images. The renders show XMAGE branding but Huawei hasn’t used it on Mate 50 Pro, released last year.
Coming to the front side, it has a curved edge display, which is also a Pro model specialty. On the other hand, the Huawei P60 Pro render shows quite slim bezels around the corners, which is also a nice touch to the details.
Overall, this is a good representation of what we will witness but there might be some surprises waiting for us on the other side. To note, these concept renders are compiled with past leaks and rumors and don’t represents the official release.
There are a number of rumored specs sheets and leaks that appeared in front of us but you can check the latest details about the Huawei P60 series in the article linked below.
