Alleged Hi Nova 12 SE render shows a distinctive design

Huawei unveiled the Nova 12 series in December 2023 and looks like, its counterpart is ready to show up on the stage. An alleged Hi Nova 12 SE render appeared online showing a special design, completely different from the Huawei Nova 12 models.

Tipster @UncleKanshan has shared a new render image on Weibo and asserts it to be Hi Nova 12 SE. Compared to Huawei Nova 12 phones, the new device has a new look.

Even though the cylindrical rear camera framework is similar to Huawei models, it has a different lens arrangement. The snap shows a big circular frame at the top, surrounded by a silver rim while a small pill-shaped cutout housing a lens and LED Flash.

While most of the China Post devices are similar to Huawei handsets, the new one is likely to come along with a different outlook. A confirmation of this news still awaits.

The device appears in two colors – White and Black and it only reveals the rear part of the phone. Other inputs say that the Hi Nova 12 SE has already qualified for three certifications 3C, MIIT network, and CMIIT radio approval.

Hi Nova 12 SE phone from China Post Communications seems to be a 5G device with model number SUP-BD00. It is capable of 66W wired fast-charging support. Other specs are currently under the hood but we may grab them in the time ahead.
