Xiaomi chief enters Huawei smartphone store to check Pura 80

Huawei Pura 80 series is not only attracting consumers’ attention but also its rivals, like Xiaomi. A new piece of information suggests that a Xiaomi executive recently visited the Huawei smartphone store to check out the newly launched handsets.

A Weibo tipster met the General Manager of the Redmi Brand and Xiaomi China’s marketing department – Wang Teng. After the meeting, the tipster and the executive started examining Xiaomi Home stores in China one by one.

But during this visit, the tipster and the Xiaomi executive entered an offline Huawei store and checked out the newly released flagship Pura 80 smartphones.

Captured images reveal that Wang Teng joyfully communicated with the staff members and inspected the Pura 80 phones at the display area. As per the tipster, the chief tried to have a look at Huawei’s new invention in the smartphone field.

The tipster further posted the entire scenario on Weibo. He added that the Xiaomi chief Wang Teng came to the Huawei Store during his visit to Luoyang. He not only checked out new devices but also hinted that he has a competitive vision.

Huawei Pura 80 series is in the limelight for its reinvented camera tech and features. The company has taken a new step in the periscope world by introducing a “switchable tele lens” for the Pura 80 Ultra smartphone.
