Xiaomi’s latest smartphone, Xiaomi 14 series is doing massive sales in China and continuously increasing the number of shipments. Chinese sources reveal that the phone maker has sold over 1.4 million units of Xiaomi 14 series smartphones within 10 days after the first sale on October 31st. Overall, the company sold about 1.4474 million devices, making a record for Xiaomi’s high-end smartphone sales.

In week 44 of the year (from October 30 to November 5), Xiaomi ranked first among the top Android smartphone companies in Cina with a sales share of over 21$.

During this period, Xiaomi was the only Chinese firm to achieve positive month-on-month growth during the above-mentioned week. Its month-on-month increased by 8.9 percent, surpassing 0.8 percent of Apple’s.

Lei Jun, CEO and Founder of Xiaomi also reacted to the new sales mark of Xiaomi 14, when it surpassed the 1 million milestone. Launched on October 26, Xiaomi 14 is the first smartphone lineup with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a brand new HyperOS Android-based operating system.

This new phone is competing against the current other top sellers – Huawei Mate 60 series and iPhone 15 series launched in August and September respectively.

Amid all of this competition, the Xiaomi 14 series may have increased the number of sales to over 1.4 million units during the special double 11 sales carnival in China. However, the company has yet to share the official figures.
