On June 24, Huawei has opened its new flagship store in Nanjing East in Shanghai, China. This is Huawei’s current largest flagship store in the world and offers a complete set of Huawei products as well as a bigger consumer experience center.
This is a three-floor store with stylish art decoration and expands around 5,000 square meters. The Huawei flagship store offers a complete set of products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, smartwatches, and over 500 other products in different categories.
The first floor of the store has product experience zones, which include 23 product experience tables and 12 display cabinets to allow users to explore the products in hands.
The second floor showcases Huawei’s full-scenario smart life experience. Consisting of five large zones, this floor simulates the smart home ecosystem and has all kinds of smart products.
Moreover, the flagship store has more than 200 customer care consultants that can provide support in 10 languages. At the same time, it also has 19 reception counters and 12 after-sales service area.
