WhatsApp will soon let you add sticker-like photos to status updates

WhatsApp is preparing a new feature that will enable users to share more than one picture on their status updates via the “sticker-like photos” feature. The new tool is in the development phase but will soon release to all users via a stable update.
The company is rolling out the Android beta 2.25.5.20 version to WhatsApp beta users with the sticker-like photos feature for status. As the term suggests, the new addition will help you share sticker-inspired images on your status updates.
Currently, WhatsApp allows users to share only one image at a time on their status. Those who wanted to share three to four pictures at the same time ended up using a third-party application for merging images or making a picture collage.
Looks like WhatsApp is eliminating this problem completely. The company is bringing a new sticker photos tool that you can easily overlay on your status updates.
The feature is similar to the “Photos” tool in the Instagram story. Selecting this tool will allow you to reshape your image in the form of a rectangle, square, circle, heart, or star. Once done, you can overlay these stickers on your photos or videos.
Sticker Photos feature will enable users to arrange multiple images in the same status. One can also resize or move these stickers anywhere on the status. The feature is available to limited users via the Google Play Beta Program.
