WhatsApp will soon enable users to manage multiple accounts within app

WhatsApp is working on a new feature that will enable iPhone owners to handle multiple accounts within the app itself. Simply put, they won’t be required to clone the chat application or multiple devices to manage different WhatsApp accounts.
Found in the WhatsApp iOS beta 25.2.10.70, the company is preparing a feature to add as well as manage multiple accounts within the same chit-chat app.
The company has already seeded this feature in the Android app version. Now it is bringing it to iOS devices. The addition will allow users to enter WhatsApp as well as manage accounts like personal, professional, or any other confidential ones.
It is a perfect feature for those who want to easily balance their personal and professional lives without mixing the contacts into one section. The tool also eliminates the requirement of multiple devices to tackle different WhatsApp accounts.
Users can further add extra accounts directly through the app settings, making it easier to manage multiple accounts without the need to depend on other solutions.

The feature comes with two options. First is to set up the device as a primary account by starting fresh. Second, scan a QR code to link the new account as a companion. These options ensure that you can easily switch between multiple accounts.
Don’t worry as your contacts, chats, backups, and settings will remain distinct for each account and you can operate them independently. Currently, the tool is in the beta phase, though it will soon be available via a stable release.
