Have you ever wondered how fun it would be to react to WhatsApp messages using stickers? If yes, then it looks like WhatsApp has heard your wish and is working on a similar capability. The company will soon enable its users to react to messages in the chat via funny stickers, without any interruption.

Spotted in the Android beta 2.25.13.23 version, WhatsApp is developing a new feature that will enable users to react to messages and media using stickers, making the chat experience more fun.

According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp will let users select any sticker and use it as a reaction in their chats. Currently, users can only use a set of emojis to react to the messages. These emojis show up on a long reaction tray.

But with the new feature, users will be able to see new stickers in the keyboard, including those downloaded from the official WhatsApp Sticker Store. One can also use third-party or previously saved stickers. Interestingly, animated emojis also work as reactions.

Perhaps, users will get a more dynamic experience while chatting with friends or family members. Instead of reacting a laughing emoji, you can respond via a custom sticker or animated sticker.

The feature is currently rolling out to some beta testers via the Google Play Beta Program. But it could soon be available to more users through a stable release.
