WhatsApp users can soon create new Communities from Chats tab

WhatsApp is planning to make community creation even easier for its users. It is working on a new feature that will enable you to create new WhatsApp communities directly from the Chats tab. It will be a time-saving and easy-to-use capability.
Community is a significant feature of WhatsApp. It is a hub of certain groups related to a particular topic. One can initiate discussions on the topics that matter.
While the company has provided users with a dedicated way to create their own community, it is now exploring more entry points for new communities creation.
Found in the Android beta 2.25.3.15 version, WhatsApp will soon enable users to make new communities from the Chats tab. Instead of the specific ‘Communities’ tab in the bottom bar, users can access a new shortcut in the overflow menu.
Using this option will allow users to access community creation in no time and without the requirement of the floating action button. This further hints that WhatsApp may replace the Communities tab from the bottom bar in favor of AI services.
Multiple entry points for communities will enhance accessibility for users. The feature is currently in the beta stage and rolling out to limited testers via the Google Play Beta Program. Though it will reach more users in the coming days.
