WhatsApp to introduce new ‘Chat with Us’ option for web users
WhatsApp not only introduces new enhancements for Android or iOS users but also takes care of web clients. The company is now working on a new tool called “Chat with Us” for WhatsApp web users. The feature will be available in the coming days.
Spotted by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is readying a convenient capability for web clients named – Chat with Us. It will eventually enable users to contact the official support team anytime and anywhere without looking for any other applications.
One can directly contact the support team through the web version. This new addition to the WhatsApp Web will ensure timely assistance for users at all times.
The new Chat with Us option will be available in the Help section of the app. Whenever you click this option, it will show you an alert on the screen. The pop-up message will notify users that they will soon receive help from the support team.

Within a few seconds, WhatsApp will send a message to users asking the purpose to contact support. Users need to submit their responses and wait for the follow-up text in the same chat that will describe solutions to their problems.
