WhatsApp introducing stickers and music feature to Text Status
WhatsApp is making its text status updates section more interactive with funny stickers, emojis, and a music feature. Yes, you can now add all these amazing items to the simple text status section instead of using the photo and video segment.
The chat application offers two types of status options: the first one is the text status, where you share a message on a solid-colored background. The second option is the photo/video status, where you can upload your favorite moments.
So far, the photo/video status section allows you to add stickers, emojis, or use the music feature and make your status more realistic. But now, the company is bringing the same benefits to the plain text status updates.
Found in the Android beta 2.25.19.13 version, WhatsApp is sending a new feature that will allow users to add stickers, emojis, and the music tool to text status.
On the greener side, users can add hand-drawn sketches to the text status. The company is bringing some new drawing tools into the text status editor – just open the composer and use brush tools, emoji pickers, sticker panels, and music sharing option.
The new feature for text status update is currently rolling out to Android beta testers via the Google Play Beta Program. But the company will soon release this capability on a wider spectrum through a stable update.
