Huawei said, for the past several months, the US government has been leveraging its political and diplomatic influence to lobby other governments to ban Huawei equipment.

Furthermore, it has been using every tool at its disposal – including both judicial and administrative powers, as well as a host of other unscrupulous means – to disrupt the normal business operations of Huawei and its partners.

Back in May, Huawei was included in the US Entity-List to prohibited the company from using US technologies and an effort by the US government to affect Huawei’s business across the globe.

The Chinese tech giant says, the US had launched cyberattacks to infiltrate its networks and to collect the company’s core data. Huawei also alleged that its employees and partners are unlawfully detained and even some of them are arrested by the FBI.

The allegations also target false reporting from Media that are being used as the base of false investigations on the company.

According to Huawei, there’s no evidence found that the company’s core technology is a subject of any criminal activity. Proven that it’s being unlawfully targeted by the US government.

“We strongly condemn the malign, concerted effort by the US government to discredit Huawei and curb its leadership position in the industry.” says the company.

“This is the source of our company’s success. No company becomes a global leader in their field through theft,” it added.
