Weibo tipster @FixedFocus said the new Huawei Pura foldable smartphone may have a price tag of 8000 yuan or more. It could be similar to the price of the high-end Pocket 2 (storage) variant.
For reference, the Pocket 2 foldable device has a starting cost rate of 7499 yuan. It has three storage variants. Prices for all the versions are as follows:
- Huawei Pocket 2 (12GB + 256GB) – 7499 yuan
- Huawei Pocket 2 (12GB + 512GB) – 7999 yuan
- Huawei Pocket 2 (12GB + 1TB) – 8999 yuan
The tipster further noted that the new folding phone will enable users to log into various applications directly with a single Huawei Account. This will ease the login procedure and boost convenience.
