These Xiaomi devices to get HyperOS 2.2 closed beta next week

Xiaomi has officially shared the names of a few devices that will likely fetch the HyperOS 2.2 internal beta next week. The company has revealed three flagship smartphone lineups that will enter the new software testing phase in the coming days.

The Chinese phone maker has been speeding up the internal testing of the new HyperOS 2.2 version for its eligible devices. A few days ago, the tech giant initiated a vast software testing program for around 24 devices. Read more.

Now, one of the company’s community moderators (or an official) has revealed more Xiaomi devices that will likely get the HyperOS 2.2 closed beta starting next week.

According to the details, the Redmi K80 series, including the standard and the Pro variant, will receive the new HyperOS 2.2 testing version on Monday, 12 May.

Redmi K70 and K70 Pro will fetch the new version on Tuesday (May 13. The Xiaomi 13 series will start receiving the HyperOS 2.2 beta build from May 15, Thursday.

• Redmi K70 series: May 13, Tuesday
• Xiaomi 13 series: May 15, Thursday

Simply put, Redmi K80 smartphone users can start enrolling themselves in the beta recruitment from next Monday. After receiving the confirmation, the selected individuals will get the new HyperOS 2.2 beta version immediately.
