These 12 Xiaomi devices will no longer get HyperOS software updates

Xiaomi is once again sending its devices to the EOL, and this time, the tech giant has eliminated 12 smartphones from its HyperOS software updates support. The list includes effective devices from the Redmi and POCO sections as well.
According to XiaomiTime, the company has selected 12 Xiaomi devices that will no longer receive HyperOS software updates. These smartphones belong to both the Chinese and global markets. Thus, one should switch to new phones.
EOL refers to the End of Life list. Devices in this list won’t receive any bug fixes, improvement patches, security rollouts, or major software upgrades. While they will continue to function, they won’t bring new features to users.
The Chinese OEM has added some of the top-of-the-line products in the EOL list. Many of these phones seemingly deserve one more HyperOS update as they deliver an effective user experience. You can check all the eliminated handsets below.
- Xiaomi Civi 1S
- Mi 11X Pro
- Mi 11i
- Mi 11 Ultra
Redmi Devices
- Redmi 10 2022
- Redmi K40 Pro
- Redmi K40 Pro+
- Redmi K50
- Redmi K50 Pro
- Redmi Note 11 Pro
POCO

- POCO F4 GT
In case you still own any of the above-listed phones, then upgrade them with a new Xiaomi phone. One can still continue to use these devices, but without expecting any major upgrades or software benefits for them.
