Some Huawei P30 Pro users facing camera focus issue

Huawei P30 comes with EMUI 10.0 and is upgraded to EMUI 11 and now it can run EMUI 12 software. However, the phone runs HarmonyOS operating system in China, which is specially designed for corresponding consumers. Despite the name, EMUI 12 shares the design concept of the HarmonyOS.

Still, the Huawei P30 Pro smartphone is one of the best camera flagships that has been adored throughout the global market and the owners of this device still love to hold it in every possible scenario. Talking about the photography section, the Huawei P30 series new Leica triple and quad camera systems include a super sensing camera array and technologies.

Huawei P30 issue:

Despite equipping with some great camera functionalities, some Huawei P30 Pro users reported that the rear camera is unable to focus properly after the latest update. Whenever they are clicking subject, the Huawei P30 Pro camera failed to focus.

• One moderator suggested putting the camera directly at the subject, adjusting the shooting distance (about 0.5m) for wide-angle or 1x, and more than 2m for telephoto, selecting manual focus (MF)for the AF parameter, dragging the slider back and forth left and right and observe the preview.
• A substitute responded to adjust the focal length in manual mode.
• One of the users replied that there can be a hardware problem with the camera.
• Another moderator suggested clicking the photos without the phone case.

These type of issues appears generally on devices and could create a barrier for the consumer to take a full user experience. However, it could also appear due to the physical damage to the device.
