Pura 80 Ultra to use Huawei’s self-made triple camera setup: Leak

Huawei is apparently working on a self-developed triple-camera module for the Pura 80 Ultra. The company is testing innovative features for its next flagship lineup. And a powerful camera system seems part of this direction for better photography.
Pura 80 series is expected to feature some top-notch hardware capabilities. But the device is currently swirling for its interesting camera parameters and related features.
A new leak now says that Huawei could adopt a self-made triple-camera system for the Pura 80 Ultra. The company is developing its own optical sensors for the upcoming lineup. These sensors will take the imaging aspects to a whole new level.
SmartPikachu notes that the Pura 80 series will continue the tri-cam setup on the rear side. Although a major change may appear in terms of camera sensors.
Instead of using OmniVision Group’s lenses, Huawei could use its self-developed main camera and periscope lens for the high-end Pura 80 handsets. The aim is to offer a top-level photography experience to consumers. It further hints that the company wants to enter the camera field rather than sticking to a joint name.
