Petal Mail Launched: An all in one Huawei email and answer to Google’s Gmail

Today, Huawei has finally launched the Petal Mail, a new e-mail service that offers various new services and works as an all-around solution within the entire Huawei ecosystem.

According to the official listing, Petal Mail works as a regular mail app but is powered by Huawei cloud technologies that help you to sync all of your mail across different Huawei devices.

To be mentioned Petal Mail in Huawei devices fetches user information from Huawei ID including username and other required details.

Some of the notable features are:

  • Your Petal Mail address can be used as your HUAWEI ID, so you can use it to access other Huawei services too.
  • You’ll also be able to log in to your inbox using other verification methods linked to your HUAWEI ID (such as Face Recognition, Fingerprint ID, or SMS verification).
  • Send and receive emails with ease, including cc’ing and bcc’ing, attaching files, and more.
  • Manage your emails efficiently by swiping and tapping.
  • Organize your inbox by starring, archiving, and deleting emails, marking spam emails, and more.
  • Get real-time email reminders so you never miss a thing.

Huawei Petal Mail Path to Launch:

Previous information suggests that since January 2021, Huawei started preparing itself to launch Petal Mail and applied for the Petal Mail trademark in China.

In March, the Chinese tech giant begins the Petal Mail beta-testing limited to the Chinese market. Allowing interesting users to explore and experience the new services.


Following the exclusion of Google Mobile Service (GMS), Huawei has to drop apps such as Gmail but now with the introduction of the Petal Mail, Huawei will be able to provide extension all-in-one services to the consumers.

The purpose of this camp is to provide the students with a deeper understanding of HarmonyOS’s innovative capabilities. Huawei constructing a 760,000 square meters industrial park with RMB 298 million investment




Huawei is preparing to construct a 760,000 square meters industrial park in Longhua district, says a report. Recently, this Shenzeng based firm has won a bid for industrial land with a bidding amount of 298 million yuan.

According to the reports, the company’s newly purchased project site is situated nearby Fucheng street, Longhua district, China. Furthermore, it’s being used for general purposes including the industrial park and road.

To be more precise, the building will cover a ​​763,600 square meter area while leaving the rest 514,857.79 square meter area. This will be the next innovative base of the company. Although the company numerous subsidies for operating its parallel business, the main purpose of buying this land is still unknown.

Furthermore, the reports show that the project land has been permitted under the A06 category for the new energy industry. In addition, it has a working span of 30 years. Meanwhile, the Huawei industrial park plan draft divides the entire site into four partitions that are mentioned below-

  • Launroom area of 55,000 square meters
  • Residential places of 90,000 square meters

Huawei is preparing to conduct the Huawei APAC Autumn Launch Event in Malaysia which is set for 28th October. The company will introduce the three latest products at the event that includes a new generation laptop, smartphone, and a brand new smartwatch.

It’ll be a grand launch conference as there will be the new Huawei MateBook 14s, vlog camera Huawei Nova 9, and the unveiled Huawei Watch GT3 series. To be mention, MateBook 14S and Nova 9 have initially launched in the mainland, while the company is gradually expanding them to the overseas markets.

On the other hand, no one has any clue about the new member of the Watch GT series. It’s the first time when the company will be introducing the Watch GT3 starting with the Malaysian Market. However, the recent 15-sec teaser video shared by the company reveals some glimpses of these new writs watches.

This laptop has also passed TUV Rheinland certification, has smart brightness mode, quad speak, and microphone units.

In terms of battery and power, it features a 60Wh battery that supports 90W of Huawei Super Fast Charging. In addition, it comes with Intel Core i7 and i5 of 11th Generation and Intel Iris X graphics shipped with 512GB and 1TB external storage capacity.

The Huawei Nova 9 series consists of two models- Nova 9 and Nova 9 Pro featuring 6.57 and 6.72-inch OLED displays respectively. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 778G processor, a built-in 4000mAh battery, and supports 100W fast charging. This is also Huawei’s first 100W fast-charging model.


As far as the camera is concerned, its rear quad camera has a combination of 50 RYYB main cameras + 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera + 2 MP depth of field camera + 2 MP macro camera. Besides, it has a 32mp selfie shooter alongside an ultra-wide-angle lens.
