Open Source:

Launched in 2019, HarmonyOS is designed and developed as an all-in-one scenario operating system. After a year, Huawei donated all of the project source code to China’s OpenAtom foundation and made HarmonyOS open source.

Due to its open-source code nature, the software is later renamed as OpenHarmony. Since then, it is used by various companies and business entities.

The upcoming Open Source HarmonyOS developer conference will be a perfect occasion for the HarmonyOS community and ecosystem partners to share their past achievements and upcoming development goals. Also to get resolutions on various problems and projects.
