OnePlus Nord 2 bug fix

Finally! OnePlus has started releasing the fixes to the annoying Gallery app freezing issue with the rollout of the latest OxygenOS update. In this segment, OnePlus Nord 2 5G has grabbed the new Android 11 based OxygenOS 11.3 software update to fix the Gallery app freezing bug.

Just a day ago, OnePlus has acknowledged the problem of freezing devices while sharing images in the Gallery app. Also, OnePlus has mentioned in the community that this issue is not related to the Gallery app or OS but the root cause is the Message app.

Afterward, OnePlus has posted a temporary fix to the freezing bug, which was to uninstall the Message app using the Google Play store. Adding to this, the company commits to fixing this issue in about one week or sooner.

So, this is the moment of joy for OnePlus Nord 2 5G users as they are receiving a permanent fix to the corresponding bug via a new OTA update. According to the changelog, this update didn’t bring many else changes or new features aside from bug fixes.
