One UI 7 fixes annoying battery saver behavior for Samsung phones

Samsung has resolved one of the most annoying battery-saver behaviors with the One UI 7. The company has modified the feature that is used to lower the display brightness of a Galaxy device as soon as it hits the battery level at 5 percent.
Galaxy phones support interesting battery-saving capabilities that eventually increase their lifespan. However, these devices often trouble users with an annoying feature that dims the brightness as the device reaches a low level.
This feature aims to give you a few more minutes for your device, preventing it from sudden shutdowns. But at this stage, the brightness becomes so low that it doesn’t let you read or operate the device. If you’re outside, the situation gets even worse.
All you can do is try adjusting the device’s brightness from the Quick Panel. It could be frustrating at times when you want to send an important message or make any other significant move on your smartphone. But Samsung finally solved this issue.
One UI 7 has fixed this annoying battery saver behavior for Samsung handset owners. The update has added an option called “Auto dim screen” with the ability to turn it off as per preference. To access the feature, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings app
- Select the Battery option
- Turn on the toggle of the “Auto dim screen”
It is a capability that lets you disable the dimming of the screen as your phone hits a low battery percentage. The feature will soon reach more Samsung models in the coming days.
