New Honor DVD-AN00 phone spotted at MIIT with Satellite SMS support

Honor has now certified a mysterious phone with model number DVD-AN00 and confirmed its support for the Satellite SMS feature. The smartphone has appeared on MIIT revealing some basic specifications like network and charging specs.
The Chinese phone maker is currently developing various smartphones. For instance, the digital 400 series, Magic 8 flagship, GT Pro, and the high-end X models.
One of these Honor models has now surfaced on the MIIT database with a DVD-AN00 number and Satellite SMS support. The 5G device also supports 80W wired super-fast charging and has already received the 3C certification.
Some netizens suspected the device to be an Honor X70 Pro. The X70 phones have been in rumors for a long while. The device is expected to go official in May 2025.

The latest listing and speculations hint that the X70 phones are ready for its official launch. It may adopt certain improvements over the previous-gen models.
Honor unveiled the X60 series in October last year. The high-end devices (X60) seem a replica of the Mate 60 series, with a signature circular camera module and marble-like pattern on the back. It comes with a thin and robust design.

Standard X60
The company introduced the X60 series with certain flagship-like features. The standard version has a 6.8-inch TFT LCD screen with 16.7 million colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, 2412 x 1080 pixels resolution, and multi-touch 10 points support.
It equips a Dimensity 7025-Ultra chip with BXM-8-256 GPU and runs on the MagicOS 8 (upgradable to MagicOS 9). It has a 108MP single rear camera and an 8MP selfie shooter. The front side has a 5800mAh battery with 35W wired charging.
Honor X60 Pro
The Pro model uses a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen supporting a 120Hz refresh rate, 1.07 billion colors, and 2700 x 1224 pixels resolution. It is powered up via Snapdragon 6 Gen chipset coupled with Adreno 710 GPU. The device has the same camera setup as the standard sibling but features 6600mAh battery with 66W charging.
From the listing, the X70 series could bring major upgrades in terms of battery and charging aspects. Though other specs and the official name of the device is still a mystery.
