After EMUI 11, Huawei is sending a new software update for Huawei MatePad Pro. This update mainly brings the security patch released in March 2021 that enhances system security and overall device performance.

According to the new changelog, March 2021 security update fixes 2 critical, 13 high levels, and 132 medium levels of CVEs for improved system security and protects the device against threats.

Aside from the security update rollout, Huawei is also busy in preparation for upcoming flagships in different segments. The upcoming products also include the premium model of tablet, MatePad Pro 2.

Previous leaks suggest that it will sport a 12-inch display size, a Kirin 9000 processor for fast processing speed, pre-installed HarmonyOS, a high refresh rate of 120Hz, supports 40W charging, and more.
