Loongson Zhongke’s latest 2K1000LA processor is now eligible for the OpenHarmony operating system. The cooperation has completed the first process of its intelligent processor and has achieved good results.

According to the information, Honghu Wanlian (Jiangsu) technology has recently integrated with the Loongson cooperation. Both parties came up with developing an ultimate processor that can support independent protocols of the OpenHarmony system.

As of now, the Loongson processor has completed the first OpenHarmony compatibility application. Further, it has also obtained the eligibility certificate for the ecological product from Open Atomic Open Source Foundation.

The inputs reveal that these processors are the first Chinese chipsets that have fruitfully entered the compatibility round.

The definitive processor is a low-powered chipset that will be used for industrial management and terminal fields. The companies have manufactured the chipset for general and regular purposes.

Besides, this series of chipsets carries a peripheral interface. Consequently, the framework comprises two PCI2.0, one SATA 2.0, four USB 2.0, two DVO, 64-bit DDR2/3 memory, and several effective interfaces. Moreover, these processors are now compatible to support the independent instruction sets of LoongArch architecture.

Alternatively, these elements will help industries and fields related to work. For instance, electric power, rail transmission, petroleum and petrochemical, new energy, intelligent manufacturing, industrial internet, and network security.

A few days ago, Loongson declared the completion of the 2K0500 processor for the OpenHarmony system. This processor is a highly-integrated chipset based on 64-bit LA264 architecture.

At this moment, both the Chinese tech makers are planning the upcoming procedures for the respective processors. Till now, we have attained several products that are trying to become eligible for the OpenHarmony system. Let’s see what new inventions we will see in the time ahead.
